The Picadilly project was a complete renovation from top to bottom. The home owners purchased the property in an prime Ottawa neighbourhood and hired OTG Construction to update the existing structure and build an addition with a two car heated garage before moving in. On a timeline and with a game plan, OTG Construction worked with the home owners to create the dream home they wanted.

The project included a fully renovated house with an addition for a two car heated garage, bathroom, mudroom and laundry room. Picadilly was updated with in-floor heat in the basement, and all new mechanical, plumbing and electrical. The project saw four new bathrooms a brand new custom kitchen.
